Frequently asked questions
We specialise in sports-themed family and corporate outdoor events such as:
- Golf tournament fan villages & activation zones
- Charity fun runs / walkathons
- Corporate sports days & family sports carnivals
- Mini Olympics / picnic-style team games
- Bring-Your-Child-to-Work sports days
- Fan zones and side events linked to major tournaments (e.g. LIV Golf, PGA, squash championships)
For most corporate sports days or fun runs we recommend 3–6 months’ notice. For larger fan villages tied to major tournaments or events requiring special permits, 6–12 months is ideal so we can secure the best locations, equipment and entertainment.
A corporate family fun day is an outdoor (or indoor-outdoor hybrid) event where employees bring their families for a relaxed, interactive day of games, entertainment and bonding. We handle the full production — from concept and venue selection to entertainment, logistics and onsite management — so your HR or admin team can simply enjoy the day.
What does a typical corporate family fun day include? Most of our packages cover:
- Venue recommendation & site inspection
- Event concept, layout and branding
- Marquees, tents, furniture and decorations
- Audio-visual installations
- Interactive entertainment (circus acts, clowns, magicians, face painters, balloon artists)
- Carnival game stations and mini Olympic / picnic-style games
- Live music or roving performers
- Registration & welcome area
- Full onsite management and helpers
- Catering coordination
- Post-event reporting

A realistic budget usually includes these main categories:
- Venue hire – Often the largest single cost (outdoor grounds, golf courses, hotel lawns, private outdoor venues etc.).
- Food & beverages – Lunch, snacks, and drinks are ususally the second largest budget item.
- Fixed Structures – Marquees & tents for F&B and performances
- Event production & management – Planning, design, onsite team, helpers, registration and logistics.
- Entertainment & activities – Performers, game stations, face painters, music, etc.
- Décor, branding & AV – Stage, backdrop, signage, lighting and sound.
- Waste disposal & restroom facilities – These are often required for large outdoor events
- Transportation & contingency – Staff transport, weather backup and a small contingency fund (10–15%).
We always build weather contingency into the plan. This usually includes covered marquees with side walls, flexible programming, and (where possible) an indoor backup option. We monitor the Hong Kong Observatory and have clear decision points so changes can be communicated smoothly.
If you just want to hire some equipment, please drop us an email so we can accommodate your request.
