Members Club Annual Party

Timing is everything for an event production company. Clearwater Bay Golf & Country Club hosted their Wild West themed gala dinner just as typhoon Mangkhut was headed toward Hong Kong. The difficult decision to go ahead with or postpone the event was made a mere 12 hours before the event time. Luckily, we made it under the wire and completed the festivities just before the Typhoon Signal Eight was raised. Our experienced event crew was able to pack up, bump out and get on the highway before the storm hit. We managed the entire project providing event design and event production, on-site event management, themed venue decoration, entertainment – including a Country Western band and full audio-visual support. All was well at the O.K. Corral!
