Company Anniversary Cocktail

Sometimes being an event management company is an honor. We were delighted to work with Pinsent Masons who hosted their 35th anniversary cocktail reception in the APEX located atop Central Plaza in Wanchai. Most companies have small in-house marketing/events team that often wear several hats. In these cases, they need an event planning partner who can take on a project and run with it without heavy oversight. Our client showed great trust in our event management expertise, told us what they wanted to achieve and allowed us the freedom to execute. We managed the entire project providing event design and event production, on-site event management, catering management, themed venue decoration, and full audio-visual support including the sound system, lighting system, 80″ TV screen hire and video playback management. We hope to see them again at their next anniversary celebration.
