18th Anniversary Corporate Dinner

When event production is done right everything looks easy. USANA Hong Kong celebrated their 18th anniversary in Hong Kong by hosting a gala appreciation dinner for their members. Chunky Onion Productions plans and manages these type of functions very often. But what made this particular event production much more complicated than the typical gala is that our client wanted to make extensive use of our LED wall. In addition to live video feeds, there were many quick video and presentation cues and multiple video layers and combinations. And as often is the case with awards dinners, the rundown kept changing up until the last minute! Luckily our in-house audio visual team was up to the task and was able to fulfill our client’s wishes. We managed the entire project including event design, on-site event management, entertainment, branding, venue decoration and extensive audio visual support (LED wall, event photography & videography, lighting system, sound system and video projection).
