World Cup Themed Annual Dinner

We planned a World Cup Themed Annual Dinner for Jardine Aviation at the Regal Airport Hotel, Hong Kong. They are a really fun and outgoing bunch and senior management wanted to maximize participation for all 1,000+ attendees. After selecting a World Cup theme, we designed plenty of interactive group table games and funny stage games so that everyone was well-entertained!  We managed all other elements of the project providing event planning & design, on-site event management, themed venue decoration, bespoke entertainment and audio visual support.
